Mindfully eating creates reverence of our affect on the world and how we may neglect ourselves. No two people can follow the same dietary needs. My practice focuses through Ayurveda, TCM, and whole food healing.

The traditional techniques of yoga have been used for centuries to treat the suffering and ailments of the mind, body, and spirit. Yoga therapy sessions create a protocol for the individual to promote deep healing and realization. No experience in yoga in necessary.

I believe so much of our suffering can be traced back to troubles of the spirit. When we disconnect from our higher source we can feel lost in the world. Challenges to manifest and grow drive us deeper into our doubt. Spiritual counseling is supportive counseling that incorporates energy techniques, mindfulness practices, and tools to aid in presence.
