About the event
Lunar Flow is a workshop focused around the cycles of nature, the most obvious to us is the monthly moon cycles. New moons were seen as a time to plant seeds and start something new. Full moons illuminated some of the challenges or pieces that we either wanted to integrate or release. However, this can also be reflected in our daily lives. Our intentions, our growth, and even our moods. It is easy for us in modern society to disconnect from the cyclical nature around us, and in turn disconnected from ourselves. This workshop invites us to connect with a circle through astrology, heart spaced discussion, yoga, meditation, and self reflection. Join us for an evening under the full moon, where we will come together in ceremony, to release what is no longer serving us, and rediscover our true north with compassion from ourselves and the others in our circle. Veggie soup dinner and a hot tea or cider drink will be provided. This will be held in the Backyard Event Park under large tipis, looking out onto a beauiful field (hopefully) with views of the moon. A portion of ticket sales will go to the One Valley Bridger Foothills Fire Relief Fund. (Message us for a sliding scale rate.)
