Join us to celebrate Holi, the festival of colors and spring. Wear your favorite bright colors and come with an intention for release. Light snacks and tea will be provided. I will begin with a talk on why Holi is celebrated, what this seasonal shift means in ayurveda, and how you can truly integrate into spring. No experience required.Â
