Coming Back to Ceremony

What do you think of when you hear the words "ritual" or "ceremony"? Does it feel negative? Or unfamiliar? While we love to celebrate in our own ways, we often lose touch with honoring or rejoicing in ourselves. Creating our daily rituals, or personal ceremony can sometimes be a challenge. Coming Back to Ceremony offers the sacred space and tools to help you facilitate a new way of creating and manifesting intention. Tapping into the healing practices of traditional yoga, somatic experiencing, plant medicine, and Reiki, enjoy an evening of self care, connection, and empowerment. 

Tickets are $80/person. 

Space is limited so please purchase tickets before the event. 

A warm harvest cider will be provided at the beginning of class.

A yoga mat

Warm clothes, blankets, eye covers for Yoga Nidra

Journal and Pen

A meaningful trinket to charge at the group altar

A type of container to take your herbal remedy home with you
